The San Angelo ISD Board of Trustees approved new middle school feeder patterns during the July 13, 2026, Pre-Agenda Board Meeting in a 6-0 vote. The changes will take effect on July 1, 2027, prior to the start of the 2027-2028 school year.

The approved feeder patterns are designed to balance enrollment across the district, improve operational efficiency and support the district's long-term needs as student enrollment and demographic trends continue to change.

High School and Middle School Schedule Pickup

San Angelo ISD middle and high schools, including Glenn Middle School, Lincoln Middle School, Lone Star Middle School, Central High School, Lake View High School, PAYS and DAEP, will be holding their annual “Schedule Pick-Up and Form Verification” back-to-school events on the following dates and times. “Schedule Pick-Up and Form Verification” is a chance for students and parents to get their class assignments (if registered), and tour their campus. Details vary from campus to campus.

Elementary School Meet the Teacher 2026-2027

San Angelo ISD elementary schools will be holding their annual "Meet the Teacher" events for the 2026-2027 school year on the following dates and times. "Meet the Teacher" is a great opportunity for students and parents to pick up class assignments, meet their teachers, drop off school supplies, and visit their classrooms. San Angelo ISD families can now access their students' preliminary STAAR and TELPAS assessment results through the Texas Education Agency (TEA) Family Portal, available through PowerSchool Parent Portal. In addition to viewing assessment results, families can access personalized resources designed to support learning at home and help students continue building on their academic progress.
